Great!
Amazing! I was so thankful that they sold this spare strap and for such a good price. Ours got lost and I’m so happy that our stroller is usable again! We love our Indie so much, I can’t believe how well it goes through the snow and ice this winter, my son doesn’t even move! I could never even think of using my other stroller in these conditions!
Shoulder Strap
I’m not sure how my shoulder strap went missing in the first place but I’m so happy that getting a replacement was easy and inexpensive. Customer service answered my questions promptly and thoroughly! Excellent experience all around.
Basic yet imperative
We've lost the shoulder straps for our Bumbleride and even though the items weren't listed on the website, Laura and her colleagues were incredibly helpful. Given the Covid situation and mostly everyone has been working from home at Bumbleride, they somehow managed to process the order and get the much needed shoulder straps delivered in a timely manner. Just for this experience alone I would recommend such a good company like Bumbleride, which would go above and beyond for their customers.
